Foods Fighting Disease
The first role of planning good nutrition for your body, is to feed your body for strength and build your immune system. First start with probiotics to enhance the quantity and quality of the friendly bacteria in your intestinal tract. This bacteria is 80% your immune defense system. Probiotics enhance nutrition absorption and toxin elimination. Good health begins in the intestine.
Antioxidants is the next big step for your system. antioxidants help your system to prevent free radicals. Free radicals damage healthy tissues. You can obtain antioxidants naturally by increasing your intake of fruits and vegetable. Essential fatty acids re needed for cell repair which can be obtained through fish, evening primrose oil, cod liver oil and tuna oil.
Increase your fiber intake. Fiber helps to remove toxins from your system that normal would recirculate and cause damage to your organs. Fiber helps with digestion issues.
Your diet should include high density foods which may help with your system resist disease, such as cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.
Reduce your stress level, this is major issue for most people today. Find what ever works for you: movies, books, exercise, walks, being with friends, prayer, God time, exploring the outdoors. Find something and incorporate into your daily schedule, be sure it is fun!
Avoid fast foods, saturated foods, hydrogenated fats, refined carbohydrates, processed foods and caffeine rob us of needed vulnerable nutrients and leads to disease.
Decrease your health risks by eating a variety of low-fat, high-fiber diet and reducing your exposure to toxins.
Detox is absolutely wonderful for removing years of accumulated toxins in the system. Detox twice a year, Spring and Autumn.

The New NingXia Red
That’s right, we’ve transformed NingXia Red starting with its bottle and ending with its benefits. We’re confident you’ll be as excited as we are with its new look, great flavor, and additional benefits. So what’s new?
- The whole fruit of the Ningxia wolfberry drives NingXia Red’s new flavor profile. This change was accomplished by reducing the blueberry flavor, so you may now enjoy the true wolfberry flavor as nature intended.
- Seven times more pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils have been added directly to the product. Orange, yuzu, lemon, and tangerine essential oils were chosen for their health-supporting benefits and flavor profile.
- The 66 percent increase in fruit juice concentrate improves the nutritional and color profile and allows for the removal of raspberry and apricot juices.
- The agave syrup was replaced with zero-calorie stevia extract (Rebaudioside A), which decreased NingXia Red’s overall sugar content to 2 grams per serving.
- The addition of patented grape seed extract increased S-ORAC levels 50 percent and improved the polyphenolic content. The switch from grape pomace to GSE has allowed NingXia Red to apply for Halal and Kosher certification.
- Pure vanilla extract is strongly aromatic and contributes warm, floral notes to the NingXia Red. It has a gentle but distinct flavor that complements many other flavors in the new formula.
- A recommended increase in the serving size for NingXia Red is based on recent studies on consumption of wolfberries and whole-fruit juices, recommending up to 4 ounces a day to have the most beneficial effect.

Valerian
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root has been used for thousands of years for its calming, grounding, and emotionally balancing influences. During the last three decades, it has been clinically investigated for its relaxing properties. Researchers have pinpointed the sesquiterpenes, valerenic acid, and valerone as the active constituents that exert a calming and restorative effect on the central nervous system.* German health authorities have pronounced valerian to be an effective aid for the body's needs. Valerian has an approximate ORAC of 61,935 (TE/L). TE/L is expressed as micromole Trolox equivalent per liter.

Aromatherapy for the Chakra System
Aromatherapy for the Chakra System
The ancients created a profound system, the Chakras. While the original focus is primarily sought in transending our physical reality as the antidote for suffering, today it is common to balance and advance spiritually. The current challanges of our times can benefit greatly when we take time to quiet our bodies and minds and work to seek a deeper connection with the sacred; the self, spirit and natural world.Integrating what we have lost and have yet to discover, within and around us, brings a wholeness and wellness that most can certainly enjoy and benefit from. About ten years ago I began exploring the Chakras but it wasn't until a few years later that I learned combining my Young Living essential oils with this practice that I found an even deeper sense of healing, wholeness, shifting, and connection. The aromatherapy benefits applied during any relaxing, focused, or meditative practice does facilitate the experience on perhaps more levels than we are aware. See Olfactory: Influence of Essential Oils on Both ind and Body
Initially, I used to diffuse my Young Living oils; which I found to enhance the overal experience. But using the oils topically I found created a much more interactive and nutruring dimension.

The following is a basic reference for how to use essential oils for activating and balancing the energy centers—chakras—of the body.
First Earth: The Root (or Base) Chakra
Second Water: The Sacral Chakra
Third Fire: The Solar Plexus Chakra
Fourth Air: The Heart Chakra
Fifth Ether: The Throat Chakra
Sixth Light: Third Eye Chakra
Seventh Crown: The Crown Chakra

Banned in 160 Nations… Yet U.S. FDA Regards it as Safe?
A livestock drug banned in 160 nations and responsible for hyperactivity, muscle breakdown and 10 percent mortality in pigs has been approved by the FDA.
The beta agonist ractopamine, a repartitioning agent that increases protein synthesis, was recruited for livestock use when researchers found the drug, used in asthma, made mice more muscular.
Ractopamine is started as the animal nears slaughter.
How does a drug marked, "Not for use in humans. Individuals with cardiovascular disease should exercise special caution to avoid exposure. Use protective clothing, impervious gloves, protective eye wear, and a NIOSH-approved dust mask" become "safe" in human food? With no washout period?
The drug is banned in Europe, Taiwan and China, and more than 1,700 people have been "poisoned" from eating pigs fed the drug since 1998, but ractopamine is used in 45 percent of U.S. pigs and 30 percent of ration-fed cattle.
America's Deadliest Sweetener Betrays Millions, Then Hoodwinks You With Name Change
Aspartame producer Ajinomoto is launching a new initiative that will rebrand the sweetener as “AminoSweet”.
Aspartame is used in many foods and beverages marketed as low calorie or sugar-free. However, its reputation has been clouded somewhat by studies that have investigated reports of ill effects.
Just to remind you, the side effects of aspartame can include:
- Headache
- Change in vision
- Convulsions and seizures
- Hallucination
- Nausea and vomiting
- Joint pain
Why Essential Oils are Essential
Many Essential Oils repel virus, bacteria, and other microbes.
What Are Essential Oils? Essential oil are the subtle, aromatic and volatile liquids extracted from the flowers, seeds, leaves, stems, bark and roots of herbs, bushes, shrubs, and trees, through distillation. According to ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics and Chinese manuscripts, priests and physicians were using essential oils thousands of years before Christ to heal the sick. They are the oldest form of remedies and cosmetics known to man and were considered more valuable than gold. There are 188 references to oils in the Bible. Science is only now beginning to investigate the incredible healing properties of essential oils.
The Properties of Essential Oils
Pure Essential Oils Have Very High Frequency. The effectiveness of Essential Oils cannot be fully understood without some discussion of frequency. Frequency is the measurable rate of electrical energy flow that is constant between any two points. Everything has frequency. In his book The Body Electric, Dr. Robert O. Becker establishes that the human body has an electrical frequency and that much about a person's health can be determined by the person's frequency.
In 1992, Bruce Tainio of Tainio Technology, an independent division of Eastern State University in Cheney, Washington, built the first frequency monitor in the world. Tainio determined that the average frequency of the human body during the daytime is 62 to 68 MHz. (A healthy body frequency is (62 - 72 MHz.) When the frequency drops, the immune system is compromised.
If the frequency drops to 58 MHz, cold and flu symptoms appear. At 55 MHz, diseases like Candida take hold; at 52 MHz, Epstein-Barr and at 42 MHz, Cancer.
According to Dr. Royal R. Rife, every disease has a frequency. He found that certain frequencies can prevent the development of disease and that others would destroy disease. Substances with higher frequency will destroy diseases of lower frequency. The study of frequencies raises an important question about the frequencies of the substances we eat, breathe, and absorb. Many pollutants lower healthy frequency. Processed/canned food has a frequency of ZERO!! The frequency of fresh produce is only 15 MHz, dry herbs from 12 to 22 MHz and fresh herbs from 20 to 27 MHz. Essential Oils start at 52 MHz and go as high as 320 MHz, which is the frequency if rose oil.
Essential Oils Are Aromatic.
Essential Oils are highly aromatic and therefore, many of the benefits can be obtained by simply inhaling them. This can be done by breathing in the fragrance from the bottle, or they can be diffused into the room.
When diffused, Essential Oils can be the best air filtration system in the world. They will:
(1) Purify, by removing metallic particles and toxins from the air.
(2) Increase atmospheric oxygen.
(3) Increase ozone and negative ions in the house, which inhibits bacteria growth.
(4) Destroy odors from mold, cigarettes, and animals.
(5) Fill the air with a fresh, herbal aromatic scent.

Sandalwood: Similar in action to frankincense. It removes negative programming from cells, regenerates bone cartilage and increases oxygen around the pineal and pituitary glands, good for the nervous system and for emotional health,. The pineal gland release melatonin so more oxygen to this gland will stimulate its function and thus increase melatonin. Melatonin is an antioxidant hormones associated with deep sleep,.
Frankincense: Frankincense with its high levels of sesquiterpenes increases the amount of oxygen in the limbic system of the brain, particularly around the pineal and pituitary glands. Builds natural immunity and healing. It increases oxygenation, which increases the life force in the physical body. It also can deepen and slow the breathing to bring mind and body to a meditative state. This oil can cross the blood brain barrier. In increases the activity of leukocytes in defense of the body against infection. It helps to strengthen the immune system. It helps one balance emotionally and have a better attitude. Since it helps to oxygenate the pineal and pituitary glands it allows these glands to function better. This leads to an increase in secretions of antibodies, endorphins and neurotransmitters.
Pineal Gland: It produces melatonin, a hormone that affects the modulation of wake/sleep patterns.
Pituitary gland: The pituitary gland produces hormones which control and regulate the other glands in the body. These glands release hormones that help control and regulate growth and how the body works.
The pituitary gland is divided into two parts: the anterior (front) and posterior (back).
The anterior pituitary produces six hormones:
• growth hormone which controls growth
• prolactin which stimulates the production of breast milk after childbirth
• ACTH (adrenocorticotrophic hormone) which stimulates the production of hormones from the adrenal glands
• TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) which stimulates the production of hormones from the thyroid gland
• FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) and LH (leuteinising hormone) which stimulate the ovaries in women and the testes in men.
The posterior pituitary produces:
• ADH (anti-diuretic hormone) which reduces the amount of urine produced by the kidneys
• oxytocin which stimulates the contraction of the womb during childbirth and the production of milk for breastfeeding.
Hypothalamus: One of the most important functions of the hypothalamus is to link the nervous system to the endocrine system via the pituitary gland The hypothalamus controls body temperature, hunger, thirst, fatigue, anger, and circadian cycles (a roughly-24-hour cycle in the biochemical, physiological or behavioral processes of living beings).
