How to Make Your Lips Look Fuller

Some have really small lips and wish they were bigger.  I have a makeup tip that will help you and cost little

Step 1:  Wear light colors--just as dark colors make you look slimmer in your body so does it in your lips.  Light colors is your first step.  Wear a pale pink, however do not wear frosty color

Step 2:  Always wear lip gloss.  Lip gloss reflects light

Step 3:  Wear white* eyeshadow and apply a little in the cupid bow and under the bottom lip and blend in.

*If you are darker skin be sure to use a tan eyeshadow instead of the white eyeshadow for the full lip effect
