HEADACHE PAIN
Ease headache pain by rubbing a drop of Rosemary/Lavender oil onto the back of your neck.
*******
HEADACHES
1 drop Peppermint oil diluted in 1 teaspoon vegetable oil rubbed on the back of the neck helps to relieve headaches.

LAUNDRY
For Scent-Sational smelling towels, sheets, clothes, etc. place a few drops of your favorite essential oil onto a small piece of terry cloth and toss into the clothes dryer while drying. Add 5 drops essential oil to 1/4 cup fabric softener or water and place in the center cut of the wash.

FLEAS
Drop about 4 drops of peppermint oil along dog's spine, and sit back to watch. The fleas come tumbling out of the coat, either anesthetized or dead. Just combed them off. This is for Dalmatian size dog. Use less peppermint oil for smaller dogs, and dilute for cats. Bugs despise peppermint oil!

Orange oil is also wonderful. Orange oil is sometimes called "Orangacide" by fleas. I found this quote on the Internet: "Orange oil breaks down the wax in their exoskeletons almost right away and they die FAST. I noticed that within 5 minutes of using it most of them were dead, within 45 minutes I had a one hundred percent kill rate."

If your pet is infested, grab a couple fleas and put them in a jar and then drop in one drop of orange oil and let us know how it goes!

FLEA COLLAR
To make a natural flea collar, saturate a short piece of cord or soft rope with Pennyroyal or Tea Tree oil (Melaleuca Alternifolia), roll up in a handkerchief and tie loosely around the animal's neck.

Rosemary promotes alertness and stimulates memory. Inhale occasionally during long car trips and while reading or studying.

CAUTION: Tea Tree Oil can be deadly for cats.
